       In the state of Arizona one of the biggest problems. Is education beyond high school. Arizona is beginning to put a priority on eduction in the state. By approving a bigger budget to help these school districts better themselves. While a bad teacher can do the opposite. Teachers have a huge impact day to day. Seeing these student 6 hours a day leaves a big impact.  In my precise blogs I have talked about what I'm going to school for. To become a teacher, and one of the biggest problems in America is teaching shortages. These shortages come for the low pay that teachers receive. Teachers play a massive role in the growth of the world. Not only in the United States but across the word teachers are important. So why are teachers paid so low. The U.S. really underfunds the education department.  While doctors and lawyers are making 100 thousands dollars a year. In some states teachers are making under 50k.
